Ancaster Angels Baseball Summer Camp 

Date 

• July 8th-12th (Monday to Friday) - 9:00am to 3:00pm (+30min drop off and pick up window)

Participants 

• u9-u13 baseball players - Open to all current baseball players (rep and house league) from throughout Hamilton and the surrounding area 

Coaching

• NCCP Certified Adult coaches supported by current high school and university aged players 

Curriculum 

• Baseball Skill Development + Athletic Literacy  

• All around baseball skill development drills (pitching, hitting, fielding, etc.)

• Plus, non-baseball athletic development (dynamic training, running technique, agility, etc.) 

• Non-baseball games (i.e. soccer, dodge ball, capture the flag, flag football, etc.)

• Camp is station based, organized by appropriate age and stage (i.e. 9-10, 11-13) 

• Camp Day Example: 

• 8:30-9:00am - Drop Off (& pick up game)

• 9:00-10:00am - Functional Training 

• 10:00am - 11:30am - Baseball Development Skills and Drills

• 11:30am -12:30pm - Nutrition/Hydration

• 12:30pm - 2:00pm - Baseball Development Skills and Drills 

• 2:00pm - 3:00pm – Non-Baseball Games 

• 3:00-3:30pm - Pick Up 

 

Location 

• Ancaster Community Centre Diamonds & Fields  

Registration

• $350  - Each participant will receive an Angels baseball camp shirt
