Improvements to our Park
Our Association is pleased to announce improvements made to our baseball/softball facilities for the kids, families & volunteers of our community.
Here's an update on where we are:
1/ Main Pavilion Storage/Snack Bar Centre- freshly painted walls & roof .... special thanks to Mike Hammond for coordinating with the City.
2/ Storage Facility (behind ACC2)- New shelving to manage inventory (uniforms, equipment, etc) ... special thanks to Matt Lee & his wife Katie).
3/ ACC3 Grand Stands- replace old wooden ones with brand new aluminum seating .... completed.
4/ Galvanized fencing (backstop & infield)- galvanized painting to commence on Monday, May 9th .... there will be no interruption to our game or practice schedule.
5/ Signage on the Outfield fences.- permanent "A" banner approved by the City .... will be in place for the entire season.- permanent signage on all 4 diamonds showing the distance for left, right and center field.- special thanks to Doug Ouellette and Chris Burgess for leading this.
6/ Sound System to enhance Games- we have purchased a brand new sound system to enhance the ambience of games. Look for this at our Friday Family night games.
