On the form, if the organization hosting the tournament requires a copy of the insurance certificate naming them, please include the name of the organization in the form including their address.
TRAVELING OUTSIDE OF CANADA - compliance with rules
Teams are subject to OBA rules, policies and procedures when traveling outside the province in the same way that they are within the province, including Arm Care. This includes games played outside Ontario and outside Canada, regardless of the tournament’s pitch count rules or lack thereof.
Traveling Outside of Canada - insurance coverage
Teams are not covered under the accident policy. ONLY LIABILITY coverage extends beyond Canada.
